Welcome to sigmapdf.cloud (the “Website” or “Service”), a cloud-based platform providing PDF processing tools, including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and securing PDF files (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of sigmapdf.cloud and its Services, operated by [Srijan c poojary/ sigmapdf.cloud] (“we”, “us”, “our”, located in udupi, Karnataka, India).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these Terms.

3. User Content and Uploaded Files

You retain ownership of any files or content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your files.

We may delete files after processing or after a reasonable storage period (typically [specify: e.g. 24 hours / 7 days]).

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
• Overload, attack, or interfere with the Service;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission;
• Circumvent any access controls or quotas;
• Use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities where required.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, text, graphics, logos, software, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Paid Services / Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription or paid plan:

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹5,000 INR if no payment was made).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability, IP, indemnification) remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
